SUNY Oneonta is conducting a food drive for the “Food vs. Fuel Project” which aims to provide senior citizens with food for the winter months. Needed items include peanut butter and jelly, mac & cheese, instant potatoes, sugar-free applesauce, cereal, oatmeal, crackers, pancake mix, pasta, rice, soups, etc. Area residents SUNY Oneonta students and staff are invited to add food items to any of the collection boxes on campus including the Welcome Center, Alumni Hall and the Hunt Union. Donations are being collected through Friday.
