State Police Seek Information Regarding Armed Robbery in Union

On March 1st around 9:15 pm, State Police at Endwell responded to a reported armed robbery at Lupo's Char-Pit restaurant in the Town of Union.

The investigation revealed that a white male about 6'2" to 6'3", wearing all dark clothing, displayed a dark colored handgun and fled the store with an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect left on foot.

Police believe the suspect was on foot in the parking lot 15 minutes prior to his enetering the store. Anyone with information on the robbery is asked to call State Police at 607-754-2701.
