Sheriff Mills Encourages Support For Sheriff’s Institute

Delaware County Sheriff Thomas Mills is encouraging support for the New York State Sheriff’s Institute which began its annual honorary membership drive in Delaware County this week.

The Sheriff’s Institute was established in 1979 to advance criminal justice education, prevent juvenile delinquency, and support victims of crime and their families.
