Otsego County Sheriff Richard Devlin visited Oneonta High School on Thursday to both talk to students and to hand out certificates in conjunction with the Students Against Destructive Decisions program which is now in its 20th year. Superintendent Joe Yelich and program adviser Cathy J. Lynch were recognized for their continued support.
