State Senator James Seward issued a statement following Governor Cuomo’s State of the State address on Wednesday. Seward says an agenda focused on improving our economy, helping farmers and small business owners succeed, and making sure New York is affordable for all, is what we need. New York State faces a $6 billion deficit and in his speech, Cuomo made no mention of the state’s newly enacted bail reform law which many state lawmakers say they want to see repealed or modified.
