Oneonta residents get a chance tonight to weigh in on the city’s revised face wearing ordinance during a public hearing at the 7:00 p.m. Common Council meeting. The revised ordinance resulted from a veto of the original law by Mayor Gary Herzig who said that the original legislation wouldn’t work as worded. The measure requires masks to be worn at all times downtown (indoors in public places and outside) and in all retail, service businesses and organizations throughout the city.
