Primary Elections Today

New York’s primary election is today and there are a number of local races being decided. In the Republican primaries Highway Superintendents in Butternuts, Decatur, Hartwick, Middlefield and Morris will be voted on along with Richfield Councilperson and County Committee District 2. There are no primary contests on the Democratic side according to Otsego County elections officials who say initial results will be released in 8 days with the final tally 16 days after the election.
