If you haven't heard of classical pianist, Roger Peltzman, then here's your chance for a musical experience you will not soon forget.  Roger, a SUNY Binghamton graduate, has performed solo at Carnegie Hall six times and brings his solo show to The Otesaga Resort Hotel in Cooperstown, Saturday, January 11th as part of the Cooperstown Concert Series.

During his performance in Cooperstown, Pelztman will weave in tales of his uncle, Norbert Stern, who was a brilliant pianist and victim of the Holocaust.  Stern was naturally a big inspiration for Peltzman.

I talked with Jeff Katz of the Cooperstown Concert Series, who talks about his personal tie to Peltzman, and provides more details about the coming show which begins at 7:30pm this Saturday.
