There are over 125 missing young people in the state of New York as of this day.  This is the disturbing fact reported by the NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services Missing Persons Clearinghouse.  Some have been reported missing as recently as this month.  Others have been missing for decades.  It is always worth a second look at their faces just in case something triggers a memory to one of our readers.  You never know.

The photo above is missing Sara Anne Wood. She went missing at 2:30 in the afternoon on August 18, 1993 while riding her bike near her Upstate home in Saquoit, N.Y.  She was 12 years old at the time she went missing.  Although a man, Lewis S. Lent, Jr., was arrested and confessed to Sara Anne's murder, police have been unable to recover her body and she is still listed as "missing" and her case remains unsolved.

Please click on this link, take a look at the faces of the young people, some who may be adults now, and if something rings a bell with you contact the website or call 911.

Thank you.
