Otsego County Reports First COVID-19 Death
On Friday, March 27, The Otsego County Health Department confirmed the first death due to COVID-19 in Otsego County. Five more cases were reported on Sunday bringing the total to 14. The health department is advising that members of the community abstain from unnecessary travel to prevent the spread of the virus. According to Delaware County Public Health (3/29), there are nine confirmed coronavirus cases in Delaware County and Chenango County is reporting eight cases.
