Otsego County Sheriff Richard J. Devlin Jr. announced the county jail has new telecommunications services which not only improves security and streamlines processes but also provides inmates with additional communication services including video chats as well as educational programs.  Devlin says the new system is being provided at no cost to taxpayers and will allow inmates contact with relatives during COVID-19 which has limited access for visitation.
