Otsego County Health Department Must Approve Fitness Center Reopenings

Otsego County Board Chair David Bliss has announced that the Otsego County Health Department is seeking information from all county gyms and fitness-related businesses in order to assist in their reopening, under the guidelines set forth by New York State. The Otsego County Health Department, as well as the Codes Department, are in the process of amassing a database of gyms and fitness centers, Chairman Bliss says that all gyms and fitness-related businesses must submit a detailed reopening plan to the county and undergo an inspection for reopening approval from the county's department of health.
