The Otsego County Board of Representatives and the Otsego County Department of Social Services have announced that the county's domestic violence shelter has re-opened as of April 8, 2020.  The shelter provides safe housing and support services to people of Otsego County experiencing domestic violence..

Victims of domestic violence are encouraged to call the 24-hour hotline at 607-432-4855 for assistance which includes safe housing, counseling, medical bills and other available services.
