County Emergency Task Force chairman Allen Ruffles says he has been assured by Marty Patton, owner of Cooperstown All-Star Village in West Oneonta, that there are no plans to cancel the upcoming summer season, at least for now.

The All-Star Village, as well as Cooperstown Dreams Park in Hartwick Seminary, together fuel Otsego County’s youth-baseball camp sector and inject millions of dollars annually into the local economy. Last Friday, Cooperstown Dreams Park announced the cancellation of their 2020 season.
