The Oneonta City School District announced it will release its fall reopening plans by this Friday. The original deadline was July 31, but according to the district’s website the New York State Education Department extended the deadline by a week. Parents and Guardians will be notified via an auto-notification call when the plan is published. Districts have three possible options: Holding classes completely online, completely in person at school, or a mix of both.
