Oneonta Mayor Sends A Message To Incoming College Students

With just a few weeks before 7,000 college students return to class Oneonta Mayor Gary Herzig is sending a message: "This fall will not be the same as in years past – and not just because of COVID-19."

Herzig says the city will set up a hotline where citizens can call in reports of large gatherings.
