Oneonta Man Arrested for Rape

A 23 year old Oneonta man was arrested Saturday by City of Oneonta Police for 1st degree rape and 4th degree criminal possession of a weapon. Jeremiah Vonberg was charged following an investigation of an incident that occurred on October 17th. Vonberg is currently being held on ten thousand dollars bail with his next court appearance on Wednesday.
