A man wanted on an outstanding warrant was arrested Monday by Oneonta Police after a foot pursuit. According to Oneonta City Police, they were trying to take Andrew Hathaway of Oneonta into custody at an Elm Street residence but Hathaway climbed out of a window and ran. According to investigators Hathaway resisted arrest and officers used a stun gun so he could be handcuffed and taken to jail. In addition to the outstanding petit larceny warrant Hathaway faces resisting arrest charges. He is now in the custody of New York State Police.
