Oneonta Housing Complex Ribbon Cutting Set For Tuesday

A ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of a new affordable housing development in Oneonta is set for next Tuesday. According to Housing Visions Consultants the Oneonta Heights complex offers 60 units of intergenerational housing in 7 buildings throughout the city with the centerpiece being a 40 unit new construction senior building addressing a critical need for quality senior housing. The building for seniors will be equipped with a community gathering area, kitchen, laundry facilities, elevator, and on-site property management office.
