A revised City of Oneonta mask-wearing ordinance was approved by the Common Council at this week’s meeting. The measure requires masks to be worn at all times in the downtown area and in any public space where social distancing cannot be maintained, such as crowded neighborhood streets or parks. Masks are also required in all retail, service businesses and organizations. There is a public hearing scheduled to take place at the Council’s November 17 meeting.
