Police Investigate Several Car Break-ins in Oneonta and Cooperstown

New York State Police are investigating a series of vehicle burglaries in the Oneonta area. No specifics were provided on locations for the burglaries. Cooperstown Police also reported multiple thefts from unlocked vehicles between last Wednesday evening through early last Thursday morning. Most of those break ins resulted in some small change being taken. Authorities say to always lock your vehicle when unattended and hide valuables from plain sight.
