Survivors of those killed in last October’s Schoharie limo crash testified at a New York State Senate hearing on Thursday about toughening regulations for limos and buses. While the families are thankful there were some new laws added in the recently passed state budget they said there needs to be more done including immobilizing vehicles that fail inspections. Investigators say the limo in the October crash failed several inspections and shouldn’t have been on the road.
