Norwich Woman Accused of Assault with Cake

On June 16th state troopers arrested Jamie L. Brown, 21, of Norwich for harassment.

The arrest followed a complaint of harassment by Brown occurring at the BOCES on County Road 32 in North Norwich. An investigation determined that Brown had shoved cake into the face of the victim during a physical dispute causing a minor injury to the victim’s lip.

Brown will appear before the Town of North Norwich Court on June 25th.
