New Lisbon Has a New Mountain Bike Route

The Town of New Lisbon announced the opening of a new bicycle route connecting Texas Schoolhouse State Forest with Gilbert Lake State Park. It is approximately 20 miles long and runs clockwise with a cumulative climb of nearly 1600 feet.

It was developed through a collaboration between the Town of New Lisbon, the Otsego County Highway Department, Central New York Cyclist Club and the Butternut Valley Alliance.
