NBT Bank Restores Full Lobby Access

Norwich-based NBT Bank is now allowing full access to its branch lobbies. Last month lobby access was open by appointment as the bank enacted new protocols to protect the safety of its employees and customers due to the coronavirus outbreak. Customers are asked to wear a mask and bring a photo ID as employees may ask customers to briefly remove their covering for identification.
