Local Counties Get Road Repair Grants

Governor Andrew Cuomo’s office announced road construction project funding awards in Otsego, Delaware and Chenango Counties. Otsego County gets $1.2 million for a 15 mile stretch of Route 80 from Genesee Street to Burdick Avenue in the towns of Pittsfield and Edmeston. Delaware County is awarded nearly $3.2 million for projects on route 23, route 30 and I-88.  In Chenango County over $9.5 million is allocated for six projects including work on I-88, Route 12, Route 14, Route 220, and Route 990L.
