Kortright Woman Arrested for Endangering Welfare of Child

Delaware County deputies recently arrested a Kortright woman for endangering the welfare of a child following an incident where she allegedly engaged in a physical altercation with a child less than 17 years old.

Laurie Hitchcock, 22, was arraigned in the Kortright Town Court and sent to the county jail on $500 cash bail.

Hitchcock was also issued a summons for the charge of harassment in the 2nd degree to be answered at a later date. This charge is a result of Hitchcock allegedly engaging in a physical altercation with Frank Manon, 27, of Kortright.

Manon also was arrested for 2nd degree harassment for the incident and issued a criminal summons.
