January 4 Central NY COVID Update
The Otsego County Department of Health reported yesterday (1/3) that there were 23 new cases with 22 people currently hospitalized with complications from the virus. There are currently 151 active cases in the county. The death toll remains at 17. The Health Dept. has a COVID-19 dashboard with daily updates for the latest information.
Delaware County Health officials have an update yesterday (1/3), reporting 13 new cases yesterday with 112 active and there are 3 people hospitalized. In Chenango County, According to the Chenango County Health Department, as of 12/31/20, the health department reported 150 active cases with 5 people in the hospital and a total of 18 deaths related to complications from the virus.
