Tuesday, December 16, 2025, the Mercy House of the Southern Tier announced that it has been selected to be featured in an upcoming episode of Living Divine Mercy. The episode will air January 1, 2026, at 10 p.m., and again on January 8, 2026, at 9 a.m.

Living Divine Mercy is produced by The Marian Group and broadcast on Eternal Word Television Network (EWTN), highlighting individuals and organizations that embody compassion, faith, and service.

According to the announcement, Mercy House was chosen for its mission-driven work providing comfort, dignity, and loving care to individuals at the end of life.

Mercy House was chosen because it so beautifully embodies the theme of our show, Living Divine Mercy. It provides compassionate care for the sick and the dying-especially those who might otherwise face the end of life alone-and reflects the Marian charism of accompanying souls with prayer, dignity, and love on their journey home to God - Hope, Production Assistant for Living Divine Mercy

The Marian Group reached out to Mercy House to explore a feature on its history and model of care after a supporter of Living Divine Mercy shared Mercy House’s story with the production team.
