According to People, Gossip Girl and You star Penn Badgley put his stunning Catskill Mountains home on the market at a relatively reasonable price considering its size, location, and the fact that it's been owned by a celebrity.

Badgley purchased his property in Upstate New York for $1.6 million in August of 2022 and put it back on the market in April of this year for $1,650,000 and the property is still listed for sale.

There's no word on why the house was put back on the market so soon after purchase, but Badgley and his wife do own another home in New York City.

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom house features a modern farmhouse design with hand-hewn beams, a fieldstone fireplace, a butcher block island in the kitchen, and a clawfoot tub in the main suite.

The 3,402-square-foot property was built in 2013 and sits on 10.5 private acres on the southern edge of the range overlooking the Ashokan Reservoir. Stunning views of the Catskill Mountains can be clearly seen from all around the property which also boasts easy access to outdoor activities and charming towns like Woodstock, Kingston, and Phoenicia.

The property also includes a two-car garage, a bluestone patio with a swing, and plans for an in-ground saline pool.

Badgley's country getaway, which offers screened-in porches with forest views and fresh mountain air, is listed with James Amburn and Angelica Ferguson of Four Seasons Sotheby’s International Realty.

Update: this house sold on 9/29/23
