Has Facebook Posting Gotten Out of Control?

I saw a very interesting post on Facebook this morning that begs some discussion.  Do most people use Facebook properly? 

I won't name any names but one of my Facebook friends posted the following message and I have to admit that I feel the same way she does about how many people are using Facebook.

"REMEMBER WHEN.... FB used to be for just getting in touch with old friends, a bit of chatting etc? Now we know everyone's day by day routines, schedules, how much they clean their house etc, etc!! it's nice to know some things, but isn't that for twitter or personal IM's and maybe the PHONE?? Cuz most of use don't care to know !! Am I the only one that thinks this way? I know I don't have to much to brag about but if I did, I would only let my close friends hear it!!! Maybe its just the mood I am in today but really???"
