Hartwick College can now hang its hat on at least two prestigious national rankings. National colleges and universities are ranked by Washington Monthly magazine every year and it turns out that Hartwick came in 83rd (ranked 125 last year) among 215 National Liberal Arts Colleges while 2022 U.S. News & World Report has recognized Hartwick College as among the top 150 National Liberal Arts Colleges, especially relating to the quality of Hartwick's undergraduate Nursing program and Hartwick scored well for "Social Mobility" with a score of 22 out of 216 schools nationwide.

Along with the above-mentioned accolades, Princeton Review rated Hartwick one of the 223 Best Northeastern Colleges.

Hartwick College credits its FlightPath program as a major contributor to positive ratings. Hartwick College President Margaret L.
