Hancock Youth Arrested for Disobeying Order of Protection
On May 30th, Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a 17-year-old male from the Village of Hancock for criminal contempt in the 2nd degree.
The charges stem from an incident near the high school where the 17-year-old failed to obey an order of protection.
The juvenile was given an appearance ticket and is to return to the Hancock Village court at a later date.
