The Family Resource Network will present a talk informing family's with special needs persons on how to deal with disasters such as floods, fires and other disasters.  Alex Scorzafava will be the presenter.  He is the Otsego County Emergency Preparedness Coordinator. 

The talk is titled "Surviving Preparedness for Loved Ones With Special Needs."  It will take place on the third floor meeting room of the Huntington Memorial Library at 62 Chestnut Street, Oneonta on Friday, February 7 from 9-11:00 am.
