The pandemic hit us hard last spring and shut down many of the nations infrastructure, the result many of the items in our day to day lives were slowly being used up and started disappearing off the shelves.

While we enjoyed the lowest gas prices in years, in the back of our minds we knew it wasn’t going to last and now we paying a buck more a gallon and rising every day.
