Do You Remember the Noodle Ring?

The noodle ring: an American staple from days gone by that was popular mid 20th century and eventually died out in popularity.  I guess it must have gone out of style since I'd never heard of it until today when I found out that it's "National Noodle Ring Day".  My curiosity got the best of me and I had to investigate the contents of the Noodle Ring.  I'm afraid it won't sound any more appetizing once I reveal what's in it: noodles, eggs, cheese, ketchup, and Worcestshire sauce.  Apparently you smash it all together and form it into a ring shape and bake it.  Yum?  Not from this perspective.  I can think of much better things to to do with pasta, how about you?
