U.S. Congressman Anthony Delgado has joined three other Upstate members of Congress in voting "yes" on the newly passed stimulus package.

Delgado, (D-Rhinebeck), said measures that addressed specific concerns of their constituents were also included in the bills.  However, late Tuesday Trump threatened not to sign the bill after he said Americans should receive $2,000 checks instead of the $600 agreed to by Congress.
