Delgado: Local Artists Sought for Congressional Art Contest

The Congressional Art Competition is looking for area high school students to participate in an art project competition.  The winner's artwork will; be displayed in the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C.

Representative Antonio Delgado says, "I am excited to invite students from my district to participate in this contest."
