Delaware County Teens Face Felony Vandalism Charges
Two Delaware County teenagers face felony charges in connection with a vandalism incident that took place on Saturday. According to the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office 18-year-old Douglas B. Hall III, and a 16-year-old boy, both from Arkville, intentionally smashed another person’s mailboxes with a crowbar resulting in damage totaling $250. Both appeared in Town of Delhi Court and were remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond each. Deputies say this investigation is ongoing and that further charges may be pending.
