Delaware County Man Arrested for Child Abuse

On March 28th a Masonville man was arrested by the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office, accused of endangering the welfare of a child.

Jarred M. Cutting, 33, of Masonville, Delaware County, was arrested following an investigation of child abuse in the Town of Bainbridge, Chenango County. Defendant is alleged to have used excessive corporal punishment resulting in visible marks being left on a child who is less than 16 years of age.

Cutting is scheduled to appear in the Town of Bainbridge Court at a later date.
