Dancing Traffic Light Will Have You Getting Jiggy With It
You're supposed to stand still at a traffic light and wait for the it to turn, but this may have you jumping out of your shoes.
This is a dancing traffic light, in which the man who usually appears in the display is replaced by a person boogeying. The dance is created by real people whose moves are placed in the display, providing pedestrians with some lively entertainment while they wait to cross the street.
And that's the point: this test run drastically increased the number of people who waited at the light, which means fewer accidents when people try to cross against the light.
Get your dancing shoes on, everyone!
