Cuomo Tightens Rules for Bars, Gyms and More During COVID Upswing
If you’re going for that late-night workout at the gym or over to your local tavern for a tasty beverage you’ll now need to wrap it up by 10:00 p.m. under a new directive from Governor Andrew Cuomo that takes effect on Friday. It applies to all gyms and State Liquor Authority-licensed businesses. Bars and restaurants can continue to offer take out food after 10:00 p.m, The new order also limits gatherings at private residences to 10 people.
