COVID-19 Tri-County Update For Jan. 19
The Otsego County Department of Health reported yesterday (1/18) that there were 26 new confirmed cases Monday with 17 people currently hospitalized with complications from the virus. There are currently 205 known active cases in the county with a total of 23 COVID-19 related deaths. The Health Dept. has a COVID-19 dashboard with daily updates for the latest information.
Delaware County Health officials have an update from yesterday (1/18), reporting 5 new cases yesterday with 123 active and there are 15 people hospitalized. The total deaths in the county, related to coronavirus complication is now at 21 with one new death. In Chenango County, according to the New York State COVID-19 Tracker, 46 new cases were reported yesterday. There has been no other new information released since Jan. 15.
