Congressman Delgado Sponsoring Farm Legislation

19th District Congressman Antonio Delgado has announced that he is co-sponsoring legislation to support local farms and ensure healthy food options for students. The Small Farm to School Act would provide incentives for schools to use food produced at local farms. During the coronavirus outbreak many local farms have lost a significant amount of revenue because of reduced sales to schools. The bell received support from the New York Farm Bureau.
