Charlene Sugihara forever has an incredible and terrifying story to tell: She stood in Grand Central Station when the second plane struck the South Tower of the World Trade Center on Sept. 11, 2001.

It is an unfortunate memory for Sugihara, who was working in Manhattan that fall day. She has since relocated to the central New York area and works for Townsquare Media of Oneonta.

She sat down on WDOS, WDLA-AM, and WCHN's Big Chuck's Morning Marathon with host Big Chuck to discuss her experience.
