City of Oneonta Road Crew VS Old Man Winter: Who Will Win?

Has anyone noticed how rough Oneonta's roads have been this winter?  I'm talking about pot holes galore, caused by winter's rough wear and tear.  It seems to me that very few roads in the city have escaped cracks and massive crevices and there's much more damage to be done, considering winter is far from over.

Road crews were out yesterday, working hard to gain the lead in the battle against Old Man Winter but I think the old guy is winning, since nature usually finds several ways of humbling us consistently.

If I were to pick the worst pot-hole riddled road in the city, I would dub Dietz Street as the royal winner because I travel center city the most.  Which street do you think is the worst?
