Chenango County Relay For Life Tonight

The picture above is why I participate in Relay For Life.  Tonight I'll be joining my sister's team at the Chenango County Fair Grounds in Norwich, New York.  To celebrate, honor, and remember those affected by cancer.

This year's theme is Rock n' Roll.  Participants are rockin'n for a cure.  The Relay For Life begins on July 18, 5 p.m., with a Survivor Dinner.  The opening ceremony will be at 6:30 p.m. and will go through the night until July 19, 8 a.m. at the Chenango County Fairgrounds.  Food, games, raffles and crafts will all help to raise money for the American Cancer Society.

Last year's event proved to be extra special as performers Kaitlyn Jackson and Ethan Harris performed at Relay.  They both were on American Idol this past season.  Click here to look back.
