Chenango Blues Association Summer Concert Series Bring The Glenn Miller Orchestra to Norwich

The Chenango Blues Association Summer Concert Series continues with The Glenn Miller Orchestra playing at 7 p.m. tonight in East Side Park in Norwich.

The famous band's leader, Glenn Miller, was killed during World War II when his plane was lost.

The orchestra's unique sound has made it the most popular big band in the world. Today's group maintains the same style as the original Glenn Miller Orchestra of 70 years ago, and performs several hundred performances a year world wide.
