SUNY Chancellor Jim Malatras visited SUNY Oneonta on Sunday under very different circumstances than his first visit last fall when the college was undergoing a COVID-19 outbreak. Malatras toured the COVID-19 testing site at the Alumni Field House and says he is confident in-person classes can resume. The first day for in-person learning is Feb. 1 and virtual classes start today.
