Meet the Susquehanna SPCA “Pets of the Week” – their names are Willa and Waldo. Each week on Thursday mornings at 8:30 am on Classic Hits 103.1fm, Josh will host Allison Hungerford, licensed Vet Tech at the Susquehanna SPCA, who will tell us all about a special dog or cat at the shelter looking for its forever home which has been overlooked by visitors for some reason. Many times, it's because many animals are shy while in the shelter because it can be a stressful situation! Once adopted, many cats and dogs warm right up to their owners.

Willa certainly enjoys being the center of attention! She can almost always be found perched on her throne in our feature room (where a true queen should reside, of course!) and if she's not there, she's likely getting some love from a visitor. No matter where Willa is, her king, Waldo, isn't far away.

We introduced you to Willa, Waldo's bestie, just now, and just couldn't pass up the opportunity to show this handsome fellow off right along with her! Waldo can be a bit more reserved than his queen (Willa), spending a good portion of his time snuggled up in his favorite bed, but don't let that fool you! This boy still enjoys attention, he just knows when he wants it and when he doesn't - just like the king he is. Waldo and Willa would be forever grateful if you would consider adopting them both, but we understand if you can't, so it is not a requirement.
